A short, 30-minute flight from Dinard Airport, Guernsey is a destination that is full of charm and provides a complete change of scene. The beauty of the landscapes is breathtaking.

Saint Peter Port, the capital, is a quintessential Channel Island town; small but very lively.

Via Guernsey, you can then continue your journey to London Gatwick, Manchester, Jersey and Alderney with Aurigny.

    Saint Peter Port

    Saint Pierre Port is the island's capital and lies on the east coast. It's a classic Victorian town, which has preserved its old-world charm, with narrow cobbled roads and a fishing port. It has also developed its modern side, with pubs, boutique shops and art galleries.

    The French poet and novelist Victor Hugo lived on Guernsey for 15 years, and his home (at Hauteville House) is well worth a visit.

    Castle Cornet, which guards the entrance to Saint Peter Port, shouldn't be missed either. Today, it houses the island's new Maritime Museum.


    Guernsey has more than 45 kilometres of superb cliff-top paths, and offers an excellent way to discover the magnificent coastal scenery along the south coast.

    To the east, the coastline is less rugged, with the highlight being the magnificent soft sandy beach at Fermain Bay.
