Disabled person

You are disabled person or person with reduced mobility: free assistance must be provided at the airport by employing the necessary staff and equipment.
If you have special needs, you have to make request for assistance to the airline or travel agency at the time of booking.  

Before the journey

At the reservation of your ticket, you have to inform your airline company or your travel agency that you wish to benefit from an assistance during your journey.  

It is important to specify the nature of your handicap (reduced mobility, partially-sighted person, hearing-impaired person), the type of assistance required at the the airport as well as your specific needs during the flight.

Arriving at the airport

Outside car-park situated in front of the terminal should be used. You can also be driven just in front of the terminal. 

When arriving at the airport, you have to go to the check-in or to Ryanair desk 

Attention: you should arrive in the terminal at least one hour before scheduled departure time.
